- Conference champion will be decided by the team with the most points. Points will be awarded by the place of their finishes in each league meet, per chart below.
- Ties at the end of the season will be broken by an average team score consisting of all three league meets, highest team score placed higher. If a two-way tie remains, a coin toss will determine seeding position for conference championship. If a tie of three or more remains, a random draw will determine seeding for the conference championship.
- Seeding for postseason tournament based on regular season finish.
