Aquinas sweeps final WBB Player of the Week honors

The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced its Women's Basketball Player of the Week Awards, presented by Tarkett Sports Construction, earlier today. Student-athletes are nominated by their host institutions' sports information department and selected via a vote by conference SID's.

This week, WHAC SIDs have chosen Aquinas' Isabel Reemsnyder as the Offensive Player of the Week and teammate Paige Guernsey as the Defensive Player of the Week.

Reemsnyder averaged 23.5 points per game over two wins for the Saints. She also added three steals, two assists and 11 rebounds to earn her first WHAC weekly honor this season.

Guernsey blocked two shots and had five steals to go along with 14 rebounds (11 defensive) in AQ's two-win week in conference play. This is Guernsey's fourth player of the week honor this season.
