Indiana Tech Claims 2025-26 Esports Conference Championship
SOUTH BEND, Ind. - For the second time ever and first since 2021-22, Indiana Tech has claimed the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Esports title. The Warriors earned the title in dominant fashion, winning the first three titles of the season (Rocket League, Overwatch 2 and League of Legends) and finishing third in Valorant, to tally 26 total points.
The overall Esports championship is determined by a combination of the four games played with points assigned by finish in each game. Eight points are given to the winner, seven to second place, six for third, five for fourth, four for fifth and three for sixth. Due to lower participation in League of Legends, the tournament champion earned four points. Teams that did not qualify for the in-person LAN receive one point.
Seeding for the tournament was determined by regular season finish.
