Five WHAC Dancers Named NAIA All-Americans

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – (NAIA Release) The 2025 NAIA Competitive Dance All-America Teams have been announced, following the Ninth-Annual 2025 Nfinity NAIA Competitive Dance National Championship.

Sara Gundacker and Josie Kaffenberger, both of St. Ambrose (Iowa), are the 2025 NAIA Competitive Co-Dancers of the Year. For Kaffenberger, 2025 marks back-to-back Dancer of the Year designations, after claiming the honor by herself in 2024.

All-Americans are determined by the national championship judges. The top 14 scores (including ties) are First-Team All-Americans, the next 14 (including ties) are on the Second Team, followed by the final 14 (including ties) on the Third Team.

WHAC member institutions saw five student-athletes earn a place on the All-American teams. Emma Daling (second team) and Brianna Ilg (second team) are repeat members while Kaylee Begin (second team), Kelli Altman (third team) and Ayanna Johnson (third team) earn their first honors.
