Lourdes Earns Victory at Second WHAC Cheer Event
ADRIAN, Mich. - The second of three Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) cheerleading events took place on Saturday on the campus of Siena Heights University. Lourdes took home top honors at the event, improving from its second place finish a week ago. The Gray Wolves posted a score of 84.85, up from 80.93 last weekend. The win moved Lourdes into first place in the overall WHAC standings with one event remaining in the regular season. Madonna jumped a spot from the previous week as well, finishing in second on Saturday with a 75.55 score. Siena Heights, who won week one, finished in third with a 70.90 mark.
The third and final regular season competition is set for Saturday, Feb. 14 at Madonna University.
